Obituary of Asako Amy Miyamoto

Asako passed away February 9, 2009 in Everett, Washington. She was born March 23, 1924 to Seiji and Iyo Haga in Ucon, Idaho. Asako graduated from Ucon High School in 1942. She married James Miyamoto in 1947 and moved to Southern California where she lived for fifty-five years. In 2002, she and her husband moved to Mill Creek, Washington to be near her son Robert and his family. Asako is survived by her husband James; sons, David (Terri) of New Jersey and Robert (Deanna); her daughter Suzanne Miyamoto of David, California; brother Tom (Alice); her sister-in-law Misa Haga; grandchildren Katy, Tamra and Leah; and many nephews, nieces and cousins in the Idaho Falls area.A private funeral mass was held in Mill Creek, Washington with her inurnment in Idaho Falls at a future date. The family suggest donations be given to a charity of choice.
