Obituary of Patrick George Gipson

Patrick (Pat) G. Gipson of Edmonds, WA entered eternity on February 7, 2009 in Seattle, WA. He was born in Yuba City, CA on April 1, 1934 to Harold and Peggy Gibson. He was a graduate of Yuba City High School and Yuba College; received a BMC from UC Hayward. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict; and, retired from the US Dept. of HUD in 1990 after 30 years of service. Pat was a devoted husband, father, and son; an avid hunter and fisherman; skilled rod builder and caner, a fabulous cook and dedicated SF 49er fan! Pat is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Maryanne (Waite) and their five children: Paul (Becky), Mark (Kathleen), Catherine (Larry) Martin, Rosemary (Eric) Peterson and Anne (Jeff) Goss, and eleven beloved grandchildren.
