Obituary of Elmer Hidalgo Giron, Sr.

Elmer H. Giron Sr. died on June 22, 2022.  He was born on August 19, 1944 in Baguio City, Philippines.  He immigrated from the Philippines to Honolulu, Hawaii.

His vision was to come to America to make a better life for his family.  He worked very hard for years with many 16-hour days.  He later went to school as a general mechanic.

After obtaining his General Mechanic Degree he moved his family to the mainland Seattle Washington. He got a job at Metro Transit as a Laborer then getting a promotion to a Service Worker Mechanic.

Elmer loved to travel back and forth to the Philippines and always love to cook his famous Pansit, Adobo, and Apritada, which is truly missed by everyone.

Elmer is survived by 7 kids, 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.  As well as many nieces and nephews.
