She enjoyed her time with the local quilting group sewing and creating many quilts that she gifted and entered in local shows. She was a great baker making pies and her wonderful Irish Soda bread that she often baked extras to share with family and friends to her delicious jars of pepper jelly. Joy often spoke about her memorable 4 trips to Hawaii with her sisters and Mom and her close quilting group of “Stitch and Bitch friends”.
