Obituary of Carl Frederick Lanser

Carl passed away peacefully on April 30, 2009 at the age of 94. Born in Theresa, Wisconsin, he graduated from Queen Anne High School in Seattle. He served in the Navy Seabees in the Pacific in World War II. Past Commander of VFW Post 1040 in Lynnwood. Longtime owner-Realtor of Edmonds Realty.He was predeceased by his wife Ruth in 1989. Survived by his wife Alice of Edmonds; son Gary of Everett; daughter Linda (Ed) Mills of Green Valley, Arizona; five grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, on May 9, 2009 at Edmonds Lutheran Church, 23525 84th Ave. W, Edmonds.In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to Providence Hospice of Snohomish County, 273l Wetmore Avenue, Ste #500, Everett, WA 98201 or Edmonds Lutheran Church.
