Dale E. Harper passed away on May 14, 2009 at his home in Lynnwood, WA. He was born to Oliver and Ruth Harper and grew up in Willamina, OR.He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Crystal; his sons, Andrew (Kristie) and Jason (Amy); five granddaughters, Alexandra, Isabelle, Oria, Sierra and Shiloh; and his sister, June (Wyn) Selwyn.A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Shoreline Covenant Church, 1330 N 185th, Shoreline, WA.Memorials may be given to ShorelineCovenantChurch.
