Obituary of Allen Wilbur Dahl, MD
Died of complications from Alzheimers/dementia on June 18, 2009. Born in Saskatchewan, Canada April 17, 1928. Served in World War II as staff sergeant to General Douglas MacArthur. Graduated from UW School of Medicine and established private practice in Edmonds several years later. Assistant Surgeon at Stevens Hospital until retirement in 1992. Survived by children Charles, 50, and Susan, 48, and siblings Harvey, 83, and Doris, 70. Memorial Service will be held at Becks Funeral Home, 405 5 th Ave. S, Edmonds (425)771-1234 at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2009. All friends, family, colleagues and patients are welcome to attend.
