Obituary of Mary Alice Lancaster

80, of Edmonds , Washington died April 7, 2009 . Born in Burlington , KS , she made her home in Washington in 1962 with her husband, William Wesley and their three daughters. Her husband of fifty years and their oldest daughter, Mary Elizabeth Sherrard, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters Paula Diane Deter and Candace Elaine Scott, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and her sister, Elizabeth Stein. Mary was one of the last members of the Lake Ballinger Ladies Club and a member of the Children of the American Colonists. She is remembered as a homemaker, beloved wife and mother, warm grandmother, and good friend to many. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
