Obituary of Josephine Therese Burke

Died December 3, 2008 in Lake Forest Park WA . She was born on Nov. 27, 1915 in Bellevue WA to Patrick and Victoria Downey. She is survived by her daughters Cherry Riggs, Patty Burke Butler, Sheila Holdt, and Mary Brigit Scott; her son, Patrick Burke, IV; and her sister, Sister Margaret Downey; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Burke, III and daughter Michelle Evans. Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 12, 2008 at 12-6 p.m. at Becks Funeral Home, 405 Fifth Ave. S Edmonds 425-771-1234, www.becksfuneralhome.com. The Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., Dec. 13, at 9 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, 322 N 175 th St. Shoreline; with a committal to follow at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery also in Shoreline.
