Obituary of David Taylor Kincade

76 of Mountlake Terrace, WA died on December 28, 2008 at his home. He was born in Seattle and raised in Redmond. Dave was a founder of the Youth Soccer Program in Mountlake Terrace; he participated both in coaching and as referee. Dave is survived by his wife, Beverly; sons: Jeffery, Eric, Vincent, and Gregory; daughters: Lisa Dillon and Noni Garris; many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. At his request family services will be held at a later date.
