Obituary of Colleen Marie Bellecourt

At 58 years young on October 28, 2008 Colleen passed away peacefully in her home. Her battle with cancer ended. Born in Seattle September 18, 1950 and raised in Minnesota and Seattle. Colleen lived most of her life in the Shoreline area married for 38 years to her husband Jim. Together they enjoyed going to movies, tailgating at Husky games, dinner with friends, watching the Mariners at Safeco and getting out in the motorhome. Colleen always looked forward to her brunch with the gals. She will always be remembered for her pretty blue eyes and that beautiful smile and will be missed by all that knew her and were a part of her life. Colleen is survived by husband Jim; sons & daughters-in-law Chris & Carrie, Bill & Tiffany, Casey grandkids Kendall sisters Megan Felts & Tracy Young; sister-in-law Barbara Alvarez; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and Coco & Alex. In Heaven Colleen will be joyfully reunited with her mom (Marion), dad (Bill), brother (Brian), Gram-ma Ruth and her grandson (Casey, Jr.) Services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Holyrood Cemetery in Shoreline, Wa., followed by a Memorial at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church on 145th and 20th NE in Seattle.
