I will always remember Tim as the warm, wise, and wiley Father of my best friend Homer. He was a wonderful man who left this world a better place than when he came into it; largely due to the "inventions" he contributed along the way. I am sure that his best will live on in all of his family members, and I hope in me as well.Love,Brian

He was not just a big brother. He was a friend, a role model in chess, school, fatherhood, life.

A big brother, and a good friend, who helped me in so many ways. I will continue remembering him as if he is just there in Washington, and I am here in Las Vegas. Our family will miss you. -Sammy

Uncle Tim exemplified being a true adventurer. My fondest memory of him was taking on the highways and bi-ways between Panay Island and Luzon during our roadtrip to Manila in 2005. What a patient & courageous driver! I was blessed that he and Auntie let me come along and I am grateful for the trip. No other traveling experience can ever replace this priceless memory.

I will never forget Tim for his constant smile and keen inventive mind. I was amazed at what he could do with an old bicycle and electric motor--that pig turned all night and saved a lot of sore arms. Boy was that pig good!!. Thanks for many cherished memories Tim--rest peacefully with Christ.

Toting was a good man, eager to use his God-given talent to help others.Assured of his familys security, he returned to his native place. Using his time, effort & resources, he undertook projects meant to improve the lot of his relatives & others. Some ailments slowed him down but he persevered & to a great extent succeeded.Unfortunately, the end came quite suddenly. The other projects he envisioned will remain to be just ideas. The carpentry tools he gave me will always remind me of him.

Toting (2yrs my junior) & I were close. We shared secrets, stories & jokes & he was there when I needed him. A loving & faithful husband, caring father, thoughtful son & brother; generous of his time, talent & treasure (3T's); creative & always full of ideas, a Jack of all trades & master of each one. Ting, you are one of a kind. You left us a legacy that well cherish. Thank you for being you & for everything. We love you. May God award you the Prize of Victory after finishing the race.

A golden heart stopped beating and hardworking hands put to rest. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me." Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. We are deeply saddened by your loss. We will cherish the memories of the times we spent together.

Uncle was very successful yet he remained humble. An accomplished engineer who chose to live a simple life. His entire life showed us where perseverance and determination can get us. And despite the success, he did not rest instead he continued to strive to make things better for everyone around him. Typical uncle Toting"Thank you for everything.
